Turkey Office Manager & Project Manager
Customer website and custom-tool delivery alongside the operations of EETech's Turkey team.
The role
Responsibilities and scope
I worked across customer delivery and office management at EETech. The work covered six customer projects; two websites and three custom tools were completed for four customers in 15 months. Amphenol RF and Abracon illustrate the public website and commerce work; XTG, IBS, and Penn Power illustrate the post-launch maintenance responsibility. I also supported a 12–15-person Turkey team, including contractor payments, hiring, and communication with colleagues in the US.
Where I focused
Lead discovery through launch for product catalog and commerce work while coordinating design, development, SEO, and content.
Document maintenance and introduce postmortems so customer solutions could be supported after release.
Stabilize contractor payments, hiring, and collaboration between the Turkey and US teams.
