Website Maintenance Products

Building a steadier post-launch rhythm for the XTG, IBS, and Penn Power websites.

Context

The project

A website launch begins an ongoing operating relationship. New requests, defects, content changes, and customer questions need an owner and a traceable path into the team's work. At EETech, I managed continuity for the XTG, IBS, and Penn Power websites alongside new customer delivery. The CV describes a broader improvement in maintenance documentation and postmortem practice.

Product perspective

The problem behind the pages

The value of maintenance is often invisible to a visitor. For a delivery team, a clear intake, ownership, and learning loop keeps a launched product dependable and makes the next change easier to plan.

My role

What I brought together

I coordinated maintenance needs across the three customer sites and helped make the process more stable and documented. After solution implementation, I added postmortem work so the team could capture what happened and feed lessons into later delivery.

01

Receive

Bring post-launch requests into a shared view of work.

02

Coordinate

Prioritize and follow up across customer sites and the team.

03

Learn

Document maintenance and postmortem findings for future releases.

Delivery

What the work produced

The reported outcome is a more stable, documented maintenance process. The available material does not provide site-specific performance metrics or a list of individual changes, so this story stays with the operational contribution.
