Turkey Team Operations

Keeping the Turkey team's day-to-day operations connected with EETech's US organization.

Team operationsCross-location collaboration

Context

The project

EETech's Turkey team spanned data science and digital presence software work. As office manager, I supported a group of roughly 12 to 15 people while customer project delivery continued across locations. Contractor payments, hiring, and communication between the Turkey and US teams all affected the team's ability to work consistently.

Product perspective

The problem behind the pages

Delivery depends on the conditions around the work. When people can trust the monthly operating rhythm and know how to reach colleagues in another location, they can focus more consistently on customer projects.

My role

What I brought together

I stabilized monthly contractor payments, connected the Turkey and US teams more closely, and interviewed and hired new team members. This operational role sat alongside my project management work rather than replacing it.

01

Stabilize

Make the contractor payment rhythm dependable.

02

Connect

Improve communication between teams in Turkey and the US.

03

Grow

Interview and hire for the local team.

Delivery

What the work produced

My CV describes a more stable Turkey team and positive feedback to the company. It does not provide a quantified retention or productivity result, so those are not attributed here.
