The role
Responsibilities and scope
Before the later product and project roles, I worked across contractor and agile project specialist assignments. These were operational and documentation-heavy responsibilities: leading customer RFI documentation, contributing to a knowledge base, and managing a helpdesk for international customers. They taught me how much delivery depends on clear answers, a reliable place to find them, and a process for handing requests to the right people.
Where I focused
Lead customer RFI documentation work for more than 80 customers.
Contribute to a knowledge base containing more than 100 documents.
Manage helpdesk coordination for more than 80 international customers.
