Consent & Push Notification Platforms
Taking two customer-facing platforms from requirements and wireframes through implementation in applications and websites.
Context
The project
Consent and push notifications sit at different moments in a customer's digital experience. One concerns the choices people make about data; the other concerns messages sent across channels. At MagiClick, I owned product work for both platforms as solutions intended for customer applications and websites. The challenge was to turn stakeholder requirements into coherent interfaces and a delivery plan that could be reused beyond a single customer.
Product perspective
The problem behind the pages
The common thread was reusable product thinking. Consent and messaging solve distinct problems, yet both require clear workflows for customers and a consistent interface language for the teams implementing them.
My role
What I brought together
I met stakeholders to clarify requirements, designed wireframes with the team, ran sprints, and planned workloads. The design work also contributed to a company theme: a shared visual foundation that could carry into later products.
Frame
Translate stakeholder requests into requirements for each platform.
Design
Develop wireframes and a shared visual direction with the team.
Deliver
Plan workloads and sprints through customer implementation.
Delivery
What the work produced
We completed two solutions and implemented them in customer applications and websites within 11 months. The team's wireframes and designs also established a reusable company theme and design system for later products.
